We got an update from the datacenter as "We are experiencing some network issues and our engineers are looking into this at this point. We will update the status page with more information as soon as we can. We thank you for your patience. "

Our datacenter engineers have identified that these issues are related to network issues affecting a major UK peering point affecting multiple ISPs.

The London Internet Exchange suffered an outage beginning at 15:50 and is continuing. As a major peering exchange for internet providers this has caused substantial changes to the routing of internet traffic across the UK.

We have adjusted our routing to mitigate the issue, however issues may still appear due to the continuation of the outage.

Our datacenter engineers will continue to monitor this issue closely.

This issue has been resolved now. This was unfortunately outside of our control, I apologize for inconvenience caused. We've an update from the datacenter as -

We have been closely monitoring our network status over the last 12 hours since we restored peering at the affected peering exchange and have seen no issues and none have been raised by the client base. We do not anticipate this issue happening again.
