Hello,

As you are aware that we have migrated all your server data from existing Beetle to new Node. There’s no doubt the new Node is 10 times powerful and faster than Beetle and will give a performance boost to your server. Recently we came to know that the new Node’s performance is quite unbelievable and it itself was getting rebooted frequently. On investigation our Technicians found the Memory issue on it. And further depth investigation, they found bug between CentOS Linux release 6.0 (Final) and OpenVZ for virtualization which is causing Memory issue. Our Technicians also found the fix for this issue and have already applied it and updated the kernel on the node to get the fix live. However, since the kernel is upgraded, the Node we will need to reboot it which may cause down time of approximate 30 minutes. We do care for your business as well as your continued trust with us, hence thought we should notify all our clients about this… We are planning to reboot this node tonight i.e 8th of Sept 2011, at 3.00 am GMT. Once it is rebooted and Node gets back up, all the recent issues will be vanished and the performance level will be uplifted.

Apologies for such a short notice and the inconvenience caused, however please be assured, once the server is rebooted in new kernel, you should not face any future downtimes.

We appreciate your co-operation on this regards.
