Is it possible to use another SMTP port on cpanel server if default SMTP port 25 is blocked ?

Yes, it is possible to setup alternate SMTP port on cpanel server.

# Login to WHM panel
# WHM >> Service Configuration >> Service Manager
# For exim on another port
# Enter the port number in "Allow exim to listen on port"
# Click Save
