Hi,

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Lotus Server is rebooted as the Quota was getting updated from daily cron process which caused the server to hang in the middle. The same time Backup process was running on server which caused the server go down. We have rebooted the server at the moment. Once the server is back up we will then change the cron time for system / quota check as well as Backup process time. This will sort such issue's in future.
